Due to the anticipated number of attendees, presentations will not be allowed. However, a cover slide will be provided to introduce you before your speech on stage.

Each speaking presentation delivered on stage must be limited to 7 minutes. Please ensure that your message is curated to fit the given time limit.
Keynotes are by invitation only.

Your registration covers only the day of your scheduled speaking slot. If you wish to attend both days, please register separately for each day.

You can register for multiple topics, please note that if you have registered for one speaking slot/topic, you have to register and pay for the additional topics. You can register for a minimum of 1 topic and a maximum of 2 topics per day.

Please remember that changes are subject to availability. If you need to modify your topic or schedule, it is best to contact us directly. There is a deadline for making changes, and after that, modifications may not be allowed or might incur a fee.

As a non-profit organisation, the fees collected are intended to cover costs such as the venue, catering, AV support, and other logistics-related expenses. We cannot speak on behalf of previous WEF events regarding their fees.

As the WEF 2025 event takes place in Australia, the rates are quoted in AUD currency and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Before registering, please ensure your visa has been approved. We can provide a letter of invitation or additional documents if needed for your visa application.

WEF has a no refund/non-transferable policy. Please make sure you review the dates and your availability before you finalise your registration.

To accommodate your dietary preferences or restrictions, please inform us in advance.
Alcohol availability varies by event type and local regulations. It may be served at corporate and academic events during networking sessions but could be restricted to health or family-friendly events.

As a non-profit organisation, we do not offer discounts at this time. Our registration rates are fixed because all participants receive the same benefits upon registration.

If you win an award but are unable to attend the gala, you can still claim it at our office or have it shipped to you. Please note that a shipping fee will incur. Once you have arranged for collection or shipping, we will email you to confirm your shipping address.

Yes, you can request a sales invoice. We provide an official invoice upon request, especially for accounting or reimbursement purposes.
